RETURN POLICY

Ebb Tide Surf Company wants our customers completely satisfied with their apparel. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect as to what you ordered please take action in returning the product within 30 days at ebbtidesurfco@gmail.com We will then provide you with a pre-paid label to send back product(s).

If you would like to refund your order after recieving it for the correct item(s) purchased the customer will then be responsible for shipping coverage back to the company. In this event, send us an email notifying you will be sending back an item so we are aware. Ebbtidesurfco@gmail.com Once we recieve the item back you will recieve a full refund. 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your item for a different size or color. We recommend that you go ahead and purchase the correct item you would like to exchange for to avoid any issues in stock. Once we recieve the item you will then be issued and sent your updated item (s).

SHIPPING

Standard Shipping:

Once the order is replaced we will fulfill your order within 2 days. after fulfillment your order will arrive in 2-7 business days! locations may effect delivery times.

Local delivery:

In the wilmington area? You will have the option at checkout to choose local delivery free of charge. Your item will arrive in 2 days!
